notice a lot of users of the HP5600 are having the same problem...once "cartridge error" comes up you have no use of the "all in one" HP 5600 ...i have not found any solution to the problem...please help..

I have having the same issue. I replaced the cartdige and now it shows offline.

I understand that your HP Officejet 5610 All-in-One Printer went offline after replacing the color cartridge.

 

Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.

 

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Printer is Offline (Windows)

 

If the operating system on the computer is Mac, then please follow the steps in the link: 'Printer Offline' or 'Printer Not Responding' Message (Mac)
