Paper jam question for HP Deskjet 3520e All-In-One Series

I was printing when the paper jam in the printer. I tried all the solutions that  they say to try for clearing the jam, but it didn't work, and the message I'm getting on the printer is "Clear carriage jam" I would like to know if there is anything else I can try to get the paper out?
