I get a message Printing-Unable to get printer status,

I previously was able to print remotely from all the computers and devices in the house. Now I can print from one computer,a PC,  but not from my smartphone or my iPad.

I did try that but it did not help. But my grandson suggested uninstalling then reinstalling the printer. That worked so now I am all set.
Thanks

Hi,

Sorry to hear you are having problems printing.

Try restarting your mobile devices - It's a simple fix that sometimes helps re-establish the connection to the printer.

Other things to check would be that there have been no recent changes to the wifi password and that both your printer and devices are all still connected to your home wifi network.
