Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Just installed software for second time.Printer works until it goes into sleep mode. After that i cannot print with my mobile devices. I have to go turn the printer off and then on again. Any one have any clues?

That didn't work either. The trouble is within my internet providers router. Set up another router(dlink) through my provider router ( which is a pace router) and all works. Actually , through this dlink I got my range extender working as well. Same issue as the printer. So all is good. Just when I print I have to change wireless networks

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Can you try using a TCP/IP port?

Create a TCP IP port

This video example will show you how to do it:

Create & Use TCP IP port

Note that you can ALWAYS revert back to the original port that the HP software installed by selecting the HP port under the Ports tab (in Printer Properties)

That did not seem to work. It loses connectivity after 45 minutes. Any other ideas? Contemplating taking it back. Thanks
