Unable to print from my iOS devices. It's a recent problem, since I've always been able to in the past. Re-booted the modem by unplugging for a few minutes, no luck. A can surf the internet with no problem. Any ideas?

Hi,
Sorry to hear you are having problems printing.
Try restarting your apple device - It's a simple fix that sometimes helps re-establish the connection to the printer.
Other things to check would be that there have been no recent changes to the wifi password. Try connecting both your printer and ios device to the same wireless network again. Both the printer and IOS device will need to be on the same wifi network. If your printer has wifi direct capability, make sure this is not enabled.

Thanks for your ideas. I tried all that you suggested previously and no luck. I guess I had a gremlin in my printer software since I fixed the problem by turning the printer off then back on!! We always leave it on, lazy I guess. Now it prints from my iPad both through the network and direct. I'm back in business. Again thanks for your help.
