Officejet Pro 8600 Plus
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just upgraded my router from a 100Mbps Netgear router to a TP LINK Archer C8 1Gbps router. I'm using a Officejet Pro 8600 plus printer with scanner. It scanned fin on the Netgear router but doesn't scan with the TP link sanner. I get a "Scanner communication cannot be established" error. I changed to a USB connection and was able to Scan successfully. I noticed the printer only has 10 and 100 half and full duplex speed settings. Is the scanner not compatible with a 1Gbps setting? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer software many times.

UPDATE Smiley Very Happy: Tried the HP Scan and Capture App in the Windows Store. Works just fine. Must be some type of problem with the native scan drivers and high speed connections.
