Photosmart 7520 All-In-One
Microsoft Windows XP

I've used my HP Photosmart 7520 for years without issue scanning to email. Now I get "Unable to connect to Web Services" error message. I also have a server connection error show up whle trying to print selections from the printer screen--such as crossword puzzles, sudoku and kids activities.  How do I correct this.

Hi,

From teh Setup menu select Web Services Setup.

Select Remove Web Services and confirm any prompt.

Now re-open the Apps option and follow the steps to re-enable Web Services.

Once you're done open teh Scan to Email app and follow the steps to re-enable Web Services.

Provide your own email address, then type the PIN Code recieved to your email and try scanning.
