Product: HP ENVY 5640
Operating System: Android 6.0 Marshmallow

I open a .pdf document. Select print from the menu. Select the HP Printer I have. The paper size then defaults to Main-DL Envelope. I try to select the proper Paper Size from Drop Down but no other option exists. I have the correct paper in the printer tray. 

 

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Hi,

 

Have you tried to use HP ePrint app to print ? Please use Google Play/Store to install HP ePrint app then use this app to open pdf file then print.
