Just received new HP LaserJet 400 M401dw printer. During initial setup had problem with reboots every 5 minutes when on the network - after updating firmware (from datecode 20120221 to 20121205) fixed that problem.
I have not been able to properly setup HP Web Services. I get and "Error 500" when trying to print the web service information sheet. Also, when I enter the related "email address" on the hpeprint.com web page it says that the account is not valid. All other printing works fine from 5 network computers. I have disabled proxy settings, also have a second printer (OfficeJet 8500) already using ePrint successfully, on same network.
Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue? Thank you.
