Hello,
I have a deskjet 3830 printer.
When I enable the web services it just printing the printer's email adress.
(I enabled auto updated)
So I removed the webservices and enabled it again and it keeps printing the same page with the email adress!!!
Please help me get the claim code without spending alot of ink 😞

Hi,
The printed email is the Claim Code, you should only use the part prior the @hpeprint.com prefix at the HP Connected site.
