everytime i try to connect my HP DeskJet 3632 printer to the same wireless network as my phone it asks for a password to join. HOw can I get this password ????

The password the printer is looking for is the SSID password to your router.  Only you know what that is.  You need to check your routers admin pages under the wireless tab to find it.
