I just got an HP Laserjet CM1415fn e-print multipurpose printer and I need to locate its IP Address for the web connection. How do I locate this IP Address on the printer, please?

Hi FARLARDEY,

 

Here are a few steps that will help you find the IP address for the printer.

 

On the front panel of the printer you should see the Wireless icon. (Looks like signal bars or a tower)

Once you select that you should see your IP address for the printer.

How about this problem? After I designate an IP address, this printer cannot be discovered on the network, I tried to ping the IP address but cannot be ping I'm pinging from VPN connection, the gateway can be pinged and other machines but the IP address assigned to this printer cannot. So maybe there is a solution regarding this issue?
