Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

i have had this printer for a couple of months and its been fine. All of a sudden i am not able to print thru wireless. it states printer must be connected to network and internet for this feature. Blue light not on for wiresless. i go to network set up and it says bult in network capabilities have been disabled and I' not able to do a thing to get it working. PLEASE HELP

I understand that you are seeing an error message on your Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-In-One Printer that says that network capabilities have been disabled. I can help you with that.

I followed all suggestions without success. Eventually I deleted the printer, changed WiFi network passwords both in the printer nd in the router, and then reinstated the original password. After that I reinstalled the printer and now it works. I'm not sure which one of the three actions did the trick.

printer will not communicate with laptop. I reset ip and pw. still will not communicate
