print from my iphone

I have a iphone 6  and I am unable to print from the hp print app. Everytime I try to print it says my printer is offline but in fact it is online as I am able to print from my tablet  and desktop.

Any suggestionds woould be helpful.

Hi Jo,

I have same problem on my iPhone 5S. AirPrint and HP ePrint App cannot see the Printer on the wireless network from time to time.

I usually manage to find it again by turning the WIFI off and on again in the iOS settings. Also, try changing the bonjour name of the printer could fix the iOS print delay issue.

I have been able to print from my Iphone 6 to my HP Office Jet Pro 6835 until I today. I had never seen the term Air Print Printer until today- my printer is not on on the list of HP printers that are Air Print Printers.

Has something changed?  Have I somehow inadvertantly hit a button I didn't realize that changed how printing is done?

When I try to print my printer no longer  shows up and I get a message that No Air Print Printers can be found.... I just bought this printer in the last few months and just bought over $100 of ink this week.  I don't  want to go out and buy a new printer.

I turned my wireless on and off as suggested in a forum comment and it didn't do anything.

I tried to understand the instructions to email to my printer but can't understand.  Do I attach what I want copied to the email?

I misunderstood turn off wireless-  i turned it off on my iphone.  I just turned of the wireless system and turned it on and I am back in business.
