Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just installed an update to my i-phone 6 - ios 10.0.2 and can no longer print.  I first got a message that the printer was in pause.  Now, I receive a message that the printer is busy.  I can print from my laptop.  I have shut down my printer, reset it but with no success.

Hi,

Sorry to hear you are having problems printing.

Try restarting your apple device - It's a simple fix that sometimes helps re-establish the connection to the printer.
