Hello SCOTTKRAMER999,
D_P_George gave some steps earlier in this thread that should help. If you have tried all of those steps, including doing as D_P_George suggested and contacting your router company, please reply to this post.

I tried this and my eprints still will not print.
The printer indicates connected with the above email address, eprint: On and Apps: ON
my email returns as system failure: native formatter failure HTTP error 500.
I have the HP Officejet Pro 8600 plus printer. I received all indications that the printer set-up correctly for eprint.

hey i have hp photosmart 5510d and i can't login to the printer network page and the printer show that it is connected to the wireless but when i press the e-print button it show that the printer isn't connected to internet and it request the proxy address i have tried all of suggested steps

Are you able to print to the printer from your computer? Do you get a valid ip address? I would try unplugging printer and router for about a minute and plug router up first then printer. Then try again to enable web services on printer.
