HP SoftPaq and HP Notebook Pavilion 15-AB251NL

Product Name: Pavilion 15-AB2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When i installed the HP SoftPaq Download Manager ver 4.3.4.0

the message "Nessuna corrispondenza per il modello specifoco" (no corrispondence for the specific model).

Why ?

Thanks for the response.

 

You will be able to distinguish the make and the appearance of the products.

Consumer units will be more elegant than the commercial units which are basically built for purpose and not for the elegant looks.

I was going through your post and would like to help you.

 

Error after installing the HP Softpaq Download Manager. Is that, Correct?

 

The software you have installed is provided on HP Commercial units and it doesn’t have any7 database to search for any updates for your model PC (Consumer notebook).

Instead, I would recommend you to use the HP Support Assistant for downloading and updating the PC.

what is the difference between a Consumer Notebook (like my HP Pavilion 15-AB251NL) and a Commercial Notebook ?

When i am buying a PC how can i distinguish a Consumer from a Commercial notebook ?
