I see from the post that you want the drivers for your HP webcam on your Windows 8.1. I'll try my best to help you with this,

 

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

 

When was the last time it worked (date)?

Have you made any software or hardware changes on the PC?

 

I did go through the software and drivers download page and found that there are no drivers available for Windows 8.1, however, you could go ahead and install Cyberlink YouCam software which will have the drivers, please follow this link to download this software, using this link.
