The Laptop was overheating so I opened it up to clean the caked dust off the fan and cooling system.

After repeating the whole proccess I still had the same issue so I ordered a new keyboard and the replacement shows the same issue. After disassembling and checking the procedure and looking for loose cables nothing was found so it was reassembled again with the same issue. A wireless keyboard works fine but is clumsy.

I used to work in support for another large laptop manufacturer so know a bit about the hardware aspect of the units.
