I just received a replacement printer for one that failed under warranty. My HP case manager, Philip, from the HP AMS TCO Escalations Team handled my warranty claim without a problem. I know that HP customer service has gotten some poor ratings at times but I have to say that they were just terrific. Even tech support called twice to be sure that the new printer was set up and working properly. Who can ask for better service than that? This is the third HP printer I own and I will continue to buy HP. Thanks again to all those who helped resolve my problem.
