HP Notebook Repair Service Did Shoddy Job

Also, both metal hard drive retainers are scratched up and marred, as if the hard drive compartment was needlessly and recklessly tampered with.
Having purchased the Customer Care service agreement, few months back, I'm shocked at the seeming disregard for my fine HP notebook's aesthetics while servicing my machine.
What can be done to remedy this? Thanks so much for providing this communications platform I just stumbled on minutes ago.

That is my next step since my less than 2 month old computer has been a lemon from the beginning and HP tech. support has told me I would be sent a new DVD/CD drive if I followed these instructions to make sure it had been built properly to begin with despite my repeated statements I know nothing about computers or anything technical or mechanical.

the only step which is remaining is to remove the data cable nad the power cable connected to the odd drive and then we have to connect it back to the odd drive thats it and still it is making noise we ill bench the comp for repair
We checked the drive but I have no idea if it was built properly to begin with. Other major issues have not been resolved I'm not going to keep playing this game with the lemon computer I was sold. Good Luck. P.S. Be sure include copies of receipts and conversations, etc. with your complaints.
