HP Pavilion DV6 1130ei

Hi

I have a HP Pavilion DV6 1130ei notebook. I have grown rather attached to it and don't really want to let it go. What upgrade options in terms of cpu, ram and hdd (ssd preferably) do I have? I have upgraded it to Windows 8 64 bit. Compared to newer machines it is really slow now and running visual studio or any other resource intensive application is an exercise in patience.

Please help
