AMD USB 3.0 driver:

Realtek Card Reader:

Download the third AMD Chipset driver from this link for the SMBus:

http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/chipset?os=Windows

You might want to do that one first as it will also contain the USB 3.0 driver.

So you installed Windows 7 without having drivers ready to go. The problem is that Windows 8 supports USB 3.0 natively while Windows 7 requires a driver for the usb 3.0 chip. So we cannot just look at the Windows 8 driver page and find the USB 3.0 chipset you are using. Can you go into the Device Manager and find a usb device with an exclamation point or other error and post the Device ID? That way we can find the right driver for you. And did you install 32 or 64 bit Windows 7 on it?

Jeesh the download page for the card reader driver says it is for 32 bit Windows 7. Anyway I bet Windows update will find a driver for the card reader.
