How can i check what graphics card is supported by my system?

I'm using an HP Envy 14t-1100 that by default has a ATI Radeon HD 5000 Series graphics card installed.
I'm guessing I'll need to know the motherboard model. Is there a way to check the model without opening the case?

These are the specifications for the beats edition:
There is another version without the beats audio. The bottom line though is the video chip is soldered on to the mother board and you can't switch it.

Thanks for your answer! I very much appreciate it. I'd just like to know one thing. How do you check if a laptop graphics card is upgradable or not? For the same notebook, is it possible to upgrade the processor?
