Memory Upgrade

I wish to add more RAM to my notebook, (COMPAQ Presario CQ42 - 269TX) running on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, 2GB of memory. I always play HD music videos and movies. I open Task Manger > Performance where I can see it has use >80% of my memory. Can tell me more about the specification for upgrading my memory, or any best solution for this question. Here are the specs for your Compaq Presario CQ42-269TX Notebook Computer. According to the specs, this model supports up to 8GB of RAM. PC3-12800 / DDR3-1600Mhz, PC3-10600 / DDR3-1333MHz, or PC3-8500 / DDR3-1066MHz dual-channel SDRAM SODIMMs are compatible. 8GB = 2 slots x 4GB DIMMs.
