Motherboard processor soldered

I need help with my compaq presario CQ57 before I upgrade its processor to know if this model's processor is soldered within the motherboard.

It looks like the AMD chips are soldered to the motherboard as there are listed only Intel chips and the system boards for AMD are listed with the CPUs. However, you can replace the old board with a new one with a better CPU:

That's right.You have to remove the whole board and replace it by a board with a better processor..

I have heard that after the latest Intel generation called Haswell, all Intel chips will be soldered to the motherboard too. If not all, there will be definitely some.
