Not Getting Help by Hp Service Center and Distributor In India [ Edited ]

Dear Sir,
         I had buy a printer from Chhatarpur (M.P.) India   by Hp
Distributer after one month there was some problem with printing so the
distributer send to Hp service centre and i got back after 20 days than it
work only just two days and was again problem after that he send back to hp
centre and i get printer just one week ago and now again creating same
problem so now i have a request to you kindly change my printer and give me
other product.Here i am also ready to pay some extra deference between this
and new product.

MFG. : August 2011

             I have registered also complain to Hp service center and send you mail too but i have not get any results all the time just asking many question so i want to know what are you taking action to solve my problem.Hope we have a positive response awaiting for your reply.Thanks
