Thanks.
Go into the BIOS and in System Configuration-->Device Configurations set the SATA device to IDE. If it is set to AHCI it normally won't be initially recognized. Windows 7 has IDE emulation drivers for SATA but not for AHCI mode. This can be changed later back to AHCI through another procedure.

I have tried to change mode to IDE
1. when i try booting using Win XP HomeEd success booting n detect hdd but error appear "Setup was unable to format the partition. the disk may be damaged, Make sure the drive is switched on and properly connected to your computer. if the disk is a scasi disk, make sure your scsi devices are properly terminated. you must select different partition for windows xp", before i test the hdd connect to other notebook using usb to sata interface was successfull formated using ntfs file system.
2. when i try booting using Win 7 pro failed to booting, n hung when menu "press the ESC key for startup menu"
Any suggestion?

When you state that you tried changing to IDE emulation do you mean that you changed it or were you unable to change it to IDE?
Please rephrase the following statement for me: "before i test the hdd connect to other notebook using usb to sata interface was successfull formated using ntfs file system." I really do not understand what you meant.
Windows XP Home edition does not have native SATA drivers for an installation. SATA drivers must be provided during the installation.
Perhaps creating a Windows 7 professional install thumbdrive from an iso would be a viable option if you know how that is done. If you have a disk or an iso file, then the Windows 7 USB DVD download tool would be perfect. You will have to make an ISO file from your Windows 7 Professional installation DVD so you can use the tool.
What was your original operating system and do you have the recovery disk set?

Thank for reply,
the hdd new(toshiba), i connect to other notebook using usb to sata interface was successfull formated using ntfs file system, i mean the new hdd was no problem.
Ok let me try using USB drive with Windows 7 for boot device.
the original OS is Windows vista, unfortunately i don't have recovery disk set and i have formatted the partition which contain recovery file
