Product Information not valid

The following product information programmed into the system board is missing

1.System Board (00A) – Product name
2.System Board (00A - Product serial number
3.System Board (00a) – Product number

 

Enter – continue startup

My laptop was never in for repair. Just happened when 1 year old. DV7-3160 from Microcenter. Was sold to me as new not refurbished.
