i attempted to upgrade a purchased laptop that was supposed to be returned....due to it being fualty

city link hadnt come so i decided to go ahead with
a test run of the upgrade process
sadly i pryed the panell of incorectly and now it doesnt close properly
a missing black tag on the bottom had meant that the panel wasnt closing properly

mid way in the test run city link had come with a replacement laptop

ive know got the new replacement laptop and a laptop with its bottom not clicked in puroperly...

i hope this isnt an issue as the original laptop is to be returned..anyway and assigned to hp as fualty.....

other than that this is a great laptop....with a AMD E450 apu......11.6" HP pavilion dm1 and beats audio (the driver for this APU doesnt come up on the AMD SITE)

for the next range of laptops in this series HP should have a panel at the bottom wich makes upgrade from hdd to ssd easy as well as ram upgrades all accessible through a small panel attached with 4 screws.......i.e. like the new asus netbook range

long story short should this be an issue
