I'd like to upgrade my laptop HDD to SSD.

So, I wonder if my CQ45 103au supports sata I or II?

Hi,

I couldn't find the specs but the manual says that CQ45 series laptops use PM45 and GM45 chipsets. AMD chipset should also support SATA II connection.
