dv6-6140 disassembly and cleaning

i had a warranty voiding accident with my laptop. i spilled motor oil into it. surprisingly, it's been two months and its holding up fairly well. i say fairly because sometimes i miss keystrokes, the screen has oil wicking up into it, and the occasional freeze.

when i purchase my new laptop, this one is going to go on the table. the keyboard and monitor are fairly inexpensive replacements. once i get to the motherboard though, i'm wondering what i should use to clean it with. something that'll clean the oil but not destroy the board.

i have CRC QD Electronic Cleaner #05103 which i've used on automotive ecu boards. that's the only idea i have at the moment. does anyone here know what can be used to clean the motherboard of oil?

I would use 90%+ rubbing alcohol, I guess. However, the motherboard shouldn't be submerged into it..
