Hi,

 

Here is the specs of your machine:

it uses: Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 4500M which is soldred to the motherboard therefore practically you can not change it because you need to change the motherboard, buy new video card, change cooling system ...all adding up will cost more than a new machine.
