I put in new batteries and hit reset, it still will not start.

Are the terminals corroded? Are the batteries in correctly?  Did you hit the sync button for the mouse and the keyboard? Do you have the wireless receiver plugged into the computer? Did you try a different usb port?

We bought 6 of them, keyboards only worked on 2.   Any ideas why the mice work but the keyboards won't?  1 desktop was Windows7, other 3 were XP Pro.
