Daniel,

How about running System Health Check report?

System > Performance & Tools > Advanced > Generate System Health Report

All the Bluetooth data is in this report in a working system: the ids, Bluetooth description name, ConfigMangerErrorCode, even the hardware addresses of all devices ..  it would prove definitively what is in that box.

Kind Regards,
Dragon-Fur

Re: missing driver

Go to:

Control Panel -> Device Manager

Right click each device with yellow exclamation mark ( ) and choose ' Properties '. Next select ' Details ' tab, use the dropdown selector to choose Hardware Ids and paste all the values from there to the next reply. This way I will be able to find out which drivers you need.

Below you've got example how to do it:

Re: missing driver

Right click each of this device with yellow exclemation mark and choose ' Uninstall '.

Restart the system and check the result. There is a chance that this simple solution will fix this.

I suspect that the driver which was installed before the Bluetooth module was activated did not detect that it need to install drivers for both things.
