printer is not working

I have 3 in 1 printer j3640 but I can't the disc. I can't find it on my pcp. I think it got knocked when my pcp was worked on. Can you please tell how to reinstall my printer without the disc.

Hi,

You may download the latest driver from the HP Software and Drivers website..

I suggest to completely remove the printer from the computer (uninstall the driver from the Device Manager) before you start installing it again. You also shouldn't leave the printer on while installing it. Wait until the installing process tells you to turn the printer on..
