Here's my benchmark with the Sandisk extreme 120 Gb that should be able to do +500Mb on a sata3 connection, my firmware is F25. This is so dissapointing, if i knew this notebook wouldn't support sata3 i never would have bought it..

Hi!!
Agility 4 connected do 6360b - with bios F.22 huge problems with detection - works in only one of about ten times. With bios F.20 - undetectable on first attempt, then works, but crashes after putting laptop to sleep.
I wonder if HP will finally resolve this problem. It's unacceptable now
.
Regards
Meehow

Update:
OCZ Agility 4 256GB updated to newest firmware (1.4.1.3) with bios F.22 works like a charm. Now waiting only for bios update with functional sata 3 ![]()

@mmaenpaa
Hi, i'm interested in buying a samsung 830 for my HP 6560b. Can you confirm that the SSD is still working in your notebook?
And is the speed still around 255 MB/s, although it's a SATAIII drive?
Can you send me a benchmarkscreenshot?
Thanks.

I've tried to install F.27 (sp57903.exe) to my HP6560b but it doesn't work: When trying to install you'll get two options: "Initiate BIOS update on this system". When trying to do that I'll get the error "This system doesn't have the needed WMI-Support for the HPQFlash Version. Please use HPQFlash < 4.0". If I use the option to create a bootable usb drive, the usb device gets formated and then three files are copied onto the usb device. The files are not in any folders and when rebooting and trying to boot from the usb-device or setting "update uefi" to yes, the update doesn't work. Maybe I'm doing it wrong. Could somebody help?

I've solved the/my problem. As described in "http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware/SOL
I've only rebooted like 4 times, reinstalled my system completly and haven't got any error, yet.

[Edit:] The SSD worked the whole weekend without any problems, lots of installations and reboots. Seems fine ![]()

[Nachtrag:] Die SSD hat nun das ganze Wochenende ohne Probleme viele Installationen und Reboots überstanden. Sieht also gut aus.
