why am I getting BHO.DLL error followed by IE3SH error?

I have a HP G60-235DX Notebook PC with Windows Vista 32-bit and keep getting this when starting it up.... BHO.DLL Error followed by IE3SH Error,,,, HELP!! Please and many thanks!!  Is there a reason this is being viewed but not answered?

Hi,

It looks like your laptop has been infected by some spyware. BHO is a some kind of advertising program so I would suggest to go to the safe mode and restore to some previous point or perform the factory reset using recovery disks..
