1050 j410a ink cartridge problem

 hp 1050 j410a all in one has correct new genuine hp cartridges it says no ink and cartridges not compatible. any ideas? Also checked cartridge expiry date. it is 2014!!!

With the HP 1050 j410a all in one coming up with the no ink and/or cartridges not compatible error with correct new genuine HP cartridges there could be and issue with the printer or cartridge.

 

For help with troubleshooting, the following link will open the web page for 'Incompatible Print Cartridge' or 'Print Cartridge Problem' Message Displays on the Computer with a more detailed description of each:

 

Step one: Remove, inspect, and reseat the cartridges
Step two: Turn the All-in-One off and on again
Step three: Clean the electrical contacts
Step four: Identify the cartridge to replace
Step five: Replace the cartridge
Step six: Service the All-in-One
