564 Cartridge Problem

Today I was replacing the cartridges on my HP6515 with new sealed HP 564 cartridges.
All went well until I got to the Cyan cartridge. As I removed the orange tab ( counterclockwise), the ink came pouring out of the cartridge.
I have not had a problem in the past and I'm not sure what caused this.
Thoughts?

Sorry to learn if that you are having this issue;
Is the cartrigde HP OME Original manufacturer equipment?
If that is the case check what is cover in the warranty. Click here and other info GO HERE
