Out of the blue, our 6500A Plus reported an ink system error, code 0xc19a003e. Printer is about 1.5 years old; ink cartridges themself are fairly recent.
I've tried the various power cycling steps, and have even tried putting in a new printhead, but to no avail.
Does anyone have a suggestion for how to correct this? Hoping I'm not now left with an extremely large (and expensive) scanner.

Ok, got it resolved. Basically, it sat for three days unplugged from the wall. I plugged it back in to try some more troubleshooting, and it came back up without issue.
So, if the "unplug both ends of cord for 30 seconds" doesn't work, may want to unplug it for a day or more and see.
