OUt Officejet 7500A shows low ink.
When we first changed cartridges we used a compatible, however it still shows low ink.
Replaced with HP cartridges and printer report shows fill ink but computer says low ink.
Requests press OK on printer to continue printing.
There is no OK button on printer screen and I scoured through options on screen. with no luck.
numbers and characters are not lit up to use on printer to try remedy previously posted.
Still cant print. Need computer to recognise that printer ink is full.

Try restarting computer and printer.... disconnect printer from computer if this doesn't work...... then restart both

The REAL question is why does any printer stop printing to tell you you are about to run out of ink? No printer until about 2005 (by HP) ever did this to me and I've been using HP printers since 1990. {content removed} Instead I'm sure marketing gave them an award.
Now either erase this message or give a marketing approved platitude in a vain attempt to save your dignity.
