My black ink failed (564XL) on my Photosmart C410A. Installed a new one, tried to allign, and it failed. I reloaded ALL the inks, and they seem t print on the test page, but not on allignment. The yellow and magenta don's print on allingment, but do in test pages. I have Windows 7 and the printer just went out of warranty. Any recommendations?
