Black ink is half printing in yellow

Hi,

 

I have an all-in-one, L7680 printer. I don't have any error messages. All of my ink cartridges are almost new.

 

When I print black text, about half of the text ends up looking like a washed out yellow.

 

The printer is quite old -- probably 2006 or 2007. I have never replaced the print heads.

 

Do I need a new print head?

Hi,

 

When i read the issues you are having and the fact that you never replaced the printheads, you need to replace them most likely indeed.
