Hey guys, first off let me introduce myself. My name is Luiggi and I'm a lawyer from Peru, South America.
The deal is, yesterday, a small part of my Business Inkjet 2800 printer fell off while printing. Now all I get is the following error message: "Make sure that the printhead latch is closed properly"
I don't know where this part belongs to, and I don't think its on warranty anymore.
I have taken a couple of pictures of the small part. it has "S7 PC 20% GF" written in the inner part of it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
