I have a Photosmart AIO B210a printer.
It is showing an error 0x6100004c Ink system failure or printer error.
I have Tried the obvious switching on/off, removing power cables..... but no change.
I lifted the cartridge access door, and notice that the print head/cartridges do not move to centre (which is a problem as I can't access cartridge to change inks). This may be the problem with the printer. Also The printer will not let me access menus as it just displays the error message.
How do I resolve?
Please can anyone help?

Thanks for trying but I had already gone through the HP site for solutions and tried a few but nothing has worked. Even retried some (just in case :-) ).
I guess all that is left is to take it to someone to service and fix?
Turning out not to be a good value printer?
