Can you use 564XL ink cartridges in a HP Photosmart Premium CQ521A - model C410a? Mine won't fit.

I just purchased XL sized ink for my HP Photosmart Premium All in One printer and it's too big to fit. Am I doing something wrong or is it not supposed to fit this type printer?

Hi,

 

Check this page, and then check the partnumber on the cartridge.

If the partnumber is on the page it should fit. Also make surte u are using the correct location, there should be a icon on the cartridge, either a hexagon or one that looks like a bowtie, make sure the same icon is in the place you are trying to put it.
