Cartridge Alert Windows on Computer screen

I am running Mac 10.7.2 and a few days ago my son and I installed a wireless HP5510e All In One SERIES printer.  We had everything up and running, and successfully printed from the mobile phone and from documents and photo program, copied and scanned....all was well in the testing.   Now,  I have a stack of Align cartridges alerts on my computer screen.  I did realign cartridges but still have these windows on the desktop.  How do I get rid of these, something in the settings that I don't have set right or do I have to re install something?  I need help in solving this and I' m not too computer savvy either, sorry!  Thanks for any reponse!!!
