Hi there rfnuanes,

This article should cover the issue you are experiencing. Give the steps outlined a shot and let us know if it helps but I haven't had good luck with remanufactured or refilled cartridges :smileysad:.

I cleaned the metal parts with H2O and the swabs got a tiny smudge on it.
I had to put in another new black cartridge and a new colored cartridge. The colored one was accepted with no comments; the 2nd black cartridge had the same incompatible comment but the printer printed anyway and the doc was perfect. I am very thankful to you.
