Deskjet 920c Showing Low Ink

Hello,

 

I have a Deskjet 920c and it is showing low ink when the cartridge is fairly new.  I am runnign Windows XP on my computer.  I took it back to the store and they tell me the cartridge is still 80% full.  Why is this printer doing this and what can I do to resolve the problem?  Is there a reset button or electronic malfunction?

Hi swgrinder, 

 

Is this a New HP OEM cartridge or a remanufactured cartridge?

 

What happens when you install another new cartridge into the printer?
